S – Sleep
• 0 – 3 years 1h yours
• 3 – 6 years – 12 hours
• 7 – 12 years – 10 hours
• 13 – 18 years – 8-9 hours
M – Meals
• Fruits, nuts, grains, fish, vegetables, whole grains
A – Avoid
• Pesticide laden foods, fast foods, junk foods, soft drinks, red meat, processed meats, benzoate preservatives, artificial flavorings/colors, smoking and drinking when pregnant, smoking around children, theatrical entertainment, movies, and TV.
R – Replenish
• Omega 3 fatty acids, and iron and zinc if deficient.
T – Treat
• If symptoms persist get child evaluated by professional and treated with meds. will alter the trajectory of the child’s life for the better by having less risk for alcohol/drugs, delays first sex, and greater success in school and career.
